This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingThe scope of Communication Specialist role is to support the Communications Team for the creation and implementation of both internal and external communication strategy, being accountable for some specific activities as well as offering support to the different projects and initiatives.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Communication Specialist role will make an impact:Internal CommunicationSupport the creation and implementation of the internal strategy: activities, engagement projects for Viatris employees, preparation of communications related to different topics and areas of the companySupport the management of the different communication channels: corporate intranet, emails, Teams groupsTranslate Global and Regional communications and give visibility to local initiatives creating communications in English to promote themEnd to end corporate activities management: supplier management, communication, material preparation, implementation, result analysisSupport the communication activities of the BUs: relationship with the marketing team, understanding of the needs, planning, activities managementExternal CommunicationSupport the creation and implementation of corporate, TA and product external communication strategies. Channels: PRs, media partnerships, articles, interviews, ADV. Activities: development, review, approval process managementSupport the management and update of the corporate websiteMedia coverage weekly analysisCrisis communication management supportAbout Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Master’s degree in communicationIdeally 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in communication agencies or pharma companiesProficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is requiredExpertise in translating activities, video editingShould be proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and AdobePreferably possess the following skills: curiosity towards the healthcare sector, proactivity, collaborative approach, eagerness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, project management approachAt Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
