- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, operations or business, with evidence of operational, leadership, or professional experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Significant experience (5+ years) and a ‘hands-on’ track record of implementing successful improvement initiatives, including elements such as: Lean Leadership (Daily Management, Leader Standard Work, and Gemba Walks), Strategy Deployment and Value-stream mapping, Kaizen events on standard work, VA analysis, brainstorming sessions, error-proofing, SMED.
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Expertise in problem-solving using a formal program/process
- Consistent record for developing, training, and coaching teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, excel in a matrix environment.
- Consistently identifying and delivering year-over-year results.
- Innovative problem solver that adopts change, understands digital technology solutions and can identify implementation benefits for the organization.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including project management experience demonstrating strong influencing and partnership skills.
- Shown success improvement initiatives in a big and diverse organization
- Ability to build and interpret basic financial business cases
- Good understanding of data and analytics concepts (KPIs, basic statistics, dashboards, visualization; ability to work with Data & Analytics teams on requirement definition).
