Ecolab is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support process improvement initiatives across the organization. The role will assist the Enterprise Excellence team in applying tools and methodologies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.The position is 1 year fixed-term contract and could be based anywhere in EuropeHow you'll make an impact:

Assist in the execution of process improvement projects aligned with business goals.
Apply Enterprise Excellence tools and methodologies to identify optimization opportunities.
Support the coordination of multiple projects, helping organize activities and resources.
Foster collaboration across teams to ensure engagement and alignment.
Prepare progress reports and share outcomes with the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, engineering, or related fields).
1–3 years of experience in project support or continuous improvement roles.
Interest in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
