- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, including leading or influencing technical teams in a matrixed organization
- Experience developing and deploying reliability engineering or asset management programs across multiple sites
- Experience supporting site maintenance master planning, including alignment of maintenance strategies with long-term asset lifecycle and capital plans
- Strong project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with global stakeholders
- Experience driving reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), asset criticality, and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies
- Experience supporting or driving environmental sustainability initiatives, including utility optimization, energy reduction (Scope 1 & 2), and improvements in water and waste management systems
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze performance metrics and drive operational improvements
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (PPI, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency with business systems (MS Office, CMMS such as Maximo, SAP, Blue Mountain, or similar platforms)
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across multiple sites and functions
- Ability to travel 30–50% globally
- Valid passport required for international travel
- Preferred:
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) – ASQ
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical device)
- Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering)
