- Support the project lead in the execution of the operational project tasks
- Organization & set-up of meetings (int/ext)
- Managing meeting minutes/contact reports
- Follow-up on task advancement with the internal team members
- Weekly check of the team’s timesheet reports and project burn report advancement
- Supporting testing/QA activities
- PowerPoint templating
- Any other operational needs
- Educated to a degree level - ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway)
- Very good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, Project Management tools a plus
- Management of priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
