This person will lead the public relations strategies, and large scale events, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. They will act as the senior global point of contact for regional PR teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, global directives, and business goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage global media/press activities (product and corporate) in coordination with regional PR teams and external agencies.
- Distribute and supervise the execution of global PR strategies across all markets.
- Oversee and align regional editorial calendars, press strategies, and performance results.
- Oversee the creation of PR materials, including press releases, media kits and feature articles, ensuring brand consistency in messaging.
- Manage international press invitations, hospitality, and logistics for key events in collaboration with partners.
- Monitor Diesel's global media presence and reputation, providing ongoing analysis and reporting on PR performance.
- Coordinate global timing of press releases and product communication to maximize impact across channels.
- Collaborate with the Sustainability team to support all communication related to ESG initiatives and responsible innovation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with talent agencies and key stakeholders in the industry.
- Supervise all phases of worldwide event planning and execution - including fashion shows, product launches and brand activations - ensuring premium execution and brand consistency.
- Build and manage a globally consistent event calendar rooted in market insights and cultural relevance.

- Minimum of 7-8 years' experience in fashion/luxury PR, either in-house or at international agencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in high-level media relations and securing impactful global coverage
- Strong international media network and understanding of key regional markets
- Deep knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry, with experience managing global events
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and team development experience
- Proactive, collaborative, and relationship-oriented; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; high attention to detail
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
