Come join the Inpeco team and innovate with us!PositionWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our "Life Sciences" team in Val della Torre (TO). The selected candidate will play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems for complex industrial equipment and installations, working within a multidisciplinary team focused on cutting-edge automation technologies.As an experienced engineer, you will work closely with the mechanical, automation, and software teams, and your contribution will be essential in supporting the integration of emerging technologies.Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems and schematics for complex industrial equipment and installations.
Define technical specifications and design guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the technical coordination of outsourced design activities and monitor the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Evaluate and validate electrical documentation provided by external consultants.
Support the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., automation, digital sensors) into electrical design.
Collaborate closely with mechanical, automation, and software teams to ensure system compatibility and functional integration.
Conduct technical reviews, risk analyses, and design validations in accordance with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, directives, and safety regulations.
Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.

RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with the following skills:

Proven experience in electrical design for industrial or complex systems.
Strong proficiency in electrical CAD software
Solid understanding of electrical standards and regulations (IEC, UL, CE, etc.).
Experience in integrating new technologies and digital solutions into electrical systems (e.g., IoT, Industry 4.0, smart sensors, PLCs).
Familiarity with system-level design, including interfaces with mechanical, automation, and software components
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise external engineering consultants and design partners.

Nice to Have:

Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to evaluate technical proposals from external suppliers and ensure compliance with internal standards.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with principles of cybersecurity
