- Successfully develop an effective recruitment strategy that attracts and retains top talents for both line and management level positions
- Begin and oversee the initial part of team member life cycle by coordinating pre-employment and onboarding processes including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews and sending offer letters
- Act as a liaison between the Hotel and schools, universities, and employment agencies, including attending job fairs at a local and international level as needed
- Oversee and facilitate all visa recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, visa petitions and any other required paperwork
- Collaborate with leaders regarding their hiring needs, internal transfers suggestions and career development opportunities
- Project manage our Management Development Program (MDP) and Internship Program
- Contribute proactively to the all other areas of the Talent & Culture division to drive excellence and departmental efficiency
- Support the team member experience being a role model of our company values and proactively identifying opportunities to elevate our team members' experience
- Maintain open lines of communication and a cooperative relationship with operational leaders to foster an environment of trust, support and accountability
- 4+ years of work experience in a talent acquisition or human resources role in the luxury hospitality industry
- Knowledge of the market and proven professional networking and candidates sourcing
- Discerning eye for talent and brand-based value hiring combined with a result-driven approach
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Ability to plan and program ideas/initiatives from initiation to execution
- Flexibility to travel to job fairs and recruiting events
- Natural relationship builder and ambassador of company values with a excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor and an eye for excellence
