- Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming office environment, ensuring all common areas are tidy and well-organized.
- Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the office space, its appearance, and the overall working environment, with a focus on enhancing comfort, aesthetics, and team collaboration.
- Proactively identify any maintenance or repair needs and coordinate with relevant vendors or internal stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
- Manage the reception area by greeting visitors warmly and professionally, handling incoming phone calls, and directing inquiries accurately.
- Ensure the technical setup for phones, especially Teams telephony systems, is monitored regularly to minimize disruptions. Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues as needed to maintain smooth communication.
- Support office supplies management to guarantee all necessary materials are stocked and readily available.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Provide assistance to the manager by organizing and scheduling of business meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged and participants are informed.

- Detail-oriented and attentive, with a proactive mindset toward maintaining a positive and efficient office environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent TMF Group Italy in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Comfortable working with technology, specifically telephony and Teams systems, with the capability to troubleshoot minor issues.
