- Support as the single point of contact for the Sales team in Commercial Planning tools for:
- Creation and management of SAP rebates code for international, national and secondary customer agreements.
- Set up of customer-specific discounts, such as promo and flat discounts.
- Creation and maintenance of customer-level promotion plans.
- Rebates Management:
- Monitor and track the impact of rebates in Market P&L.
- Validate inputs according to customer agreements and ensure correct usage of condition types.
- List Pricing Support:
- Collaborate with the Revenue Growth Management team for the creation and update of list pricing in our system Anaplan.
- Materials Code Maintenance within the system
- Sales Administration (internal CRM):
- System maintenance activities.
- SIP KPI Calculation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint), especially very good knowledge of Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables) is required.
- Good understanding of commercial processes including contracts, discounts, and promotions.
- Business understanding and affinity for numbers.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken is a must.
- Familiarity with pricing and rebate management.
- Previous experiences with Anaplan or similar commercial planning tools.
- Understanding of customer conditions / SAP conditions
