  • Lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with company standards;
  • Actively contribute to delivery when needed (including hands-on coding) to help the team meet deadlines and objectives;
  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand functional and technical needs, translating them into roadmaps and actionable solutions;
  • Develop strong, persuasive technical and commercial proposals;
  • Monitor project progress to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance;
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage risks, priorities, requirements, and deviations;
  • Plan and coordinate activities across multiple teams, managing capacity, workloads, dependencies, and resources;
  • Lead up to 25 people, balancing technical guidance, individual growth, and team performance;
  • Identify and address both technical and non-technical issues decisively, proposing sustainable solutions;
  • Spot and nurture emerging leaders within teams, supporting their professional development;
  • Help foster and maintain a healthy, transparent, and results-oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • 6+ years of experience in development roles and at least 2 years in leadership positions on critical and complex projects;
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to ensure quality and stability;
  • Experience drafting and negotiating technical and commercial proposals;
  • Excellent multi-team planning and management skills (capacity, deadlines, task assignment);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle critical conversations and negotiate with clients;
  • Strategic vision and deep knowledge of the business domain;
  • Action-oriented and strong problem-solving mindset;
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and supporting the professional growth of team members;
  • Familiarity with cloud-native and modern technologies (e.g., IaC, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Ansible, etc.).
