- Lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with company standards;
- Actively contribute to delivery when needed (including hands-on coding) to help the team meet deadlines and objectives;
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand functional and technical needs, translating them into roadmaps and actionable solutions;
- Develop strong, persuasive technical and commercial proposals;
- Monitor project progress to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage risks, priorities, requirements, and deviations;
- Plan and coordinate activities across multiple teams, managing capacity, workloads, dependencies, and resources;
- Lead up to 25 people, balancing technical guidance, individual growth, and team performance;
- Identify and address both technical and non-technical issues decisively, proposing sustainable solutions;
- Spot and nurture emerging leaders within teams, supporting their professional development;
- Help foster and maintain a healthy, transparent, and results-oriented work environment.
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- 6+ years of experience in development roles and at least 2 years in leadership positions on critical and complex projects;
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to ensure quality and stability;
- Experience drafting and negotiating technical and commercial proposals;
- Excellent multi-team planning and management skills (capacity, deadlines, task assignment);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle critical conversations and negotiate with clients;
- Strategic vision and deep knowledge of the business domain;
- Action-oriented and strong problem-solving mindset;
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and supporting the professional growth of team members;
- Familiarity with cloud-native and modern technologies (e.g., IaC, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Ansible, etc.).
