- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Chef Consultant Ciccio Sultano to translate creative concepts into consistent, high-quality dishes
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all kitchen outlets
- Oversee food cost management, inventory control, and supplier relationships
- Manage team scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Monitor kitchen operations for efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and inclusive team environment that inspires excellence
- Maintain strong communication with service teams to ensure a seamless guest dining experience
- Contribute to the creation of seasonal specials, events, and collaborations that reflect W's innovative spirit
- Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent understanding of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, techniques, and ingredients
- Creative flair balanced with solid operational and cost control skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and precision
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
