- Execute sales plan in line with Company's sales objectives and policy.
- Formulate business development strategy, in synergy with Group Management.
- Responsible for developing business opportunities in the defined area (hunting) and for maintaining existing Key Customers (farming), through effective client research, prospecting, and networking.
- Develop and maintain personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends, and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales function.
- Drive deals from technical definition through budgeting and proposal to order.
- Approach the customer in a cross-selling perspective, promoting synergies with other business lines.
- Prepare sales reporting, and record customer interactions, and opportunities into the CRM.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in the TIC sector, managing large key clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian
- Good English
- Good team player, dynamic, optimistic, creative
- Willing to travel in the assigned area
