- Monitor and analyse online advertising campaigns, mainly on Google Ads Search and Meta, to acquire qualified leads across different countries and schools.
- Provide optimisation suggestions to the media agency, identifying critical issues and potential areas of improvement.
- Track the changes applied to campaigns and evaluate their impact on key performance metrics such as conversion rate and click-through rate.
- Support the development of effective campaigns by helping to shape content and contributing to landing page structure and testing, with the goal of improving user conversion.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and reflect the brand’s value propositions.
- Bring flexibility and curiosity in managing the evolving landscape of paid media, with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Successful studies in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Statistics or Data Analysis
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar roles main focus on lead generation campaigns on Google
- Ads Search and Meta, ideally without product feed/catalog setups.
- Solid understanding of multi-language campaign management and the dynamics of running advertising across different markets.
- Confident in analysing performance data and identifying patterns or issues based on KPIs such as conversion rate and click-through rate.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt quickly to change.
- Takes a proactive approach to campaign improvement, actively collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximise results.
