- Manage active and passive invoicing processes;
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries (First Note);
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy;
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making;
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies;
- Support in dealing with budgeting and forecasting, as well as with cash flow management;
- Assist with the day-to-day operations e.g. credit control, revenue reports;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role;
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English;
- Excellent knowledge of the accounts receivable and accounts payable cycle;
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel);
- Be creative, innovative and a digitally smart;
- You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role.
