RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieving P&L objectives (NR-trade investment, GM) managing categories and client mix, with particular focus on Trade Investment levers
  • Providing customer sales forecast by Month/Quarter/Full Year continuously monitored and updated using sell-in/out analysis and trends combined with product, brands, market and retailer activity
  • Maximizing sales developing listings of NPD's/assortment with clear focus on WD, promotional strategies and shelving
  • Developing new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
  • Defining the promotional plan and Top Priorities with the customer in line with the activities along with the Trade Marketing and customized to the specific needs of the customer
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
  • Building a strong relation with customer to increase the level of partnership and sharing objectives that can be achieved together
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Economics
2-4 yrears of cross functional experience in Account Management, Field/Sales and/or Trade Marketing in a multinational FMCG company
Good knowledge of English
Negotiation and influencing skills
