- Lead and coordinate all project control activities (cost, schedule, risk, and change management)
- Oversee project budget, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Manage and monitor integrated project schedules and contractor interfaces
- Ensure effective risk management and change control processes
- Supervise and support a multi-location Project Controls team
- Provide clear reporting and performance insights to project management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with Contracts & Procurement and other project functions
- Deputise for the Onshore Project Services Manager when required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management
- Minimum 10 years' experience in project controls within major oil & gas projects
- Proven experience on large-scale project developments
- Strong knowledge of cost engineering, planning, and scheduling methodologies
- Experience with partner, government, and lender reporting environments
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
