- Assist with on-site logistics planning, preparations and implementation
- Co-ordinate inputs from all management to ensure that each operational area of the programme has the required support and correct data to perform
- Provide support to the key account management team and day to day guidance on operational considerations
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality programme and be familiar with all venues, locations, distances and routes
- Assist with coordination of iLUKA host team
- Assist with production of team and client documentation as required
- Establish effective communication systems for the iLUKA host team internally and towards the management team on the programme
- Assist with coordination of all designated iLUKA host team elements of hospitality programme
- Assist with day-to-day management of iLUKA host team
- Assist with host team scheduling as necessary
- Host when necessary
- Event schedules, history & general knowledge etc.
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Experience in delivering events in the Milano or Cortina would be ideal.
