- Automotive BusinessIn this role, you will drive and establish security policies and procedures within the CISO organization to protect information and assets. You will play a key role in developing and steering the implementation of the central security framework globally. You will lead efforts to define best practices, monitor compliance, and mitigate risks through security controls.Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, leading major incidents in real-time while continuously improving processes through root-cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.Main tasks and responsibilities
- Establish DevSecOps framework with guidelines and procedures to influence secure application development and management of cloud platforms.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle and cloud operations.
- Perform application security assessments and remediation activities as part of the application security program.
- Develop and assist with threat modelling and secure architecture guidelines, working closely with security architects, enterprise architects, and other IT SMEs.
- Ensure application teams adhere to the Security Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and report regular compliance towards global requirements.
- Develop tools and technology to ensure DevSecOps and SDLC requirements are seamlessly integrated into application development environments.
- Design, develop, and ensure deployment of secure guidelines for cloud environments and infrastructure platforms.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, participating as a key member in security incident response activities.
- Build security automation to streamline security processes and quickly react to new threat scenarios.
- Provide recommendations and consultancy to application and cloud teams on risk assessment, threat modelling, and fixing vulnerabilities.
- Deep understanding of application development and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- A natural problem-solver with the ability to act fast and decisively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to educate, inform, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for building a world-class incident management function and shaping the future of operational resilience.
- Several years of work experience in Incident Management or operational roles.
- An academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent working experience.
- Comfortable and effective communication in English, both verbally and in written form.
