- Own a portfolio of premium European OEM and enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term retention.
- Build and execute account plans and sales strategies that accelerate adoption of MotorK's SparK Platform.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles — from proposal and bid management through to contract and close.
- Build high-trust relationships with CxOs and key decision-makers, and create executive-level access for MotorK leadership.
- Use AI tools in your own workflow and champion AI adoption within your accounts — helping customers see not just what the platform does today, but where it takes them tomorrow.
- Keep a sharp, well-managed pipeline via CRM with accurate forecasting at every stage.
- Proven enterprise sales or strategic account management experience, ideally in SaaS or automotive technology.
- A track record of winning and growing complex deals with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instincts - you know how enterprise buying decisions are really made.
- Genuine curiosity about AI. You don't need to be an engineer, but you follow the space, experiment with the tools, and get excited about what's coming.
- Italian Native and Fluent English; additional European languages a strong plus.
