In this position, you will play an important role in the global applications CRM team, reporting to the Global Applications Team Leader CRM, with possibility growing the role in the future. Your focus will be on supporting and improving digital systems and tools used by the CRM community, especially (but not exclusive) in the Transmission BU. You’ll work closely with colleagues in IT, Transmission BU and other business areas to help ensure digital initiatives fit well with Transmission BU and in general with company goals.Your daily work will involve supporting both existing digital platforms and the development and rollout of new and existing tools, including AI solutions. You’ll be a point of contact for Transmission BU who are adopting digital tools or have questions and needs, encouraging a culture of digital innovation throughout the organization.You’ll report directly to the IT Senior CRM business leader and in dot lines with the Transmission IT & Digital Director. It will be requested to travel less than 20% of the working time.In particular, you will have following main responsibilities:Implementing Transmission BU’s Salesforce Organization (new platform)Lead the technical and functional development of the platform in accordance with Road to 2030 project.Ensure business alignment and user adoption across Transmission BU team world-wide.AI and Data-Driven Innovation in Transmission BU’s Salesforce OrganizationBe a thought leader in implementing AI technologies into Transmission BU’s Salesforce Organization to pursue innovation within business processes and maximize platform’s output.Salesforce Org stability (minimizing downtime)Maintain daily operations without business interruption and oversee AMS governance.Assess possible enhancements in line with both the BU (business) and the platform (technical) roadmaps.What are the key challenges for this role:
  • Manage the execution of the BID TPA project within 2025-2026.
  • Be an active and substantial enabler of the modernization process for the digital tools used in Transmission BU, specifically in the Salesforce platform to support the new challenges of technological evolutions, including the assessment and implementation of AI technologies.
  • Need a long term and clear visibility of digital technological trends, to exploit new opportunities in the Salesforce area and support the Company in maintaining its business leadership position.
  • This role requires strong coordination and communication skills to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with Transmission BU and corporate strategies.
  • It is fundamental to guarantee technical coherence in all project initiatives, the existing Salesforce organization and toward AMS.
  • The platform must be updated with the latest releases and features available.

  • Execution of the BID TPA project in due times, according to the plans defined with the Project Team.
  • Grant Salesforce applications Service Reliability and Performance.
  • Drive the development of AI based tools for application to Salesforce.
  • Guarantee project implementation in alignment with the market best practices and internal guidelines, in a timely manner.
  • Suggest and implement practical and value-added business solutions.

  • Become the Transmission BU and HQ point of reference for the execution of the BID TPA project and future initiatives, ensuring alignment, excellence and strategic impact across Transmission BU’s worldwide.
  • Play a visible leadership role in the global Transmission BU digital transformation; become the enabler of the next-generation platforms for the Salesforce activities and integrating AI technologies into it.
  • Drive the global evolution of Transmission BU and HQ core competencies in Salesforce and SAP ERP / other platforms integration (DataBricks, QlikSense, MS Project, Excel, etc.), ensuring strategic alignment and innovation.
Who are we looking for?Essential Skills and Experience (Must haves)Key expectations on the role:
  • 5 or more years of experience in Salesforce’s ecosystem and hands-on implementation experience (application/technical architect certifications are welcome).
  • Master’s degree in engineering or economics (not exclusive).
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce’s core modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting and CRM analytics), Copado CI/CD as well as Einstein/Agent Force.
  • Knowledgeable about Apex/LWC/LWR frameworks, API integrations, DevOps approach (Copado and GitHub).
  • Data integration experience with ETL/ESB platforms (Mulesoft, Tibco and comparable).
  • Fluent both in spoken and written English language.
  • Team coordination and project management skills.

Key requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes and its implementation techniques; for external candidates: minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM tools design and implementation.
  • Conversational and technical English for communication at international level.
  • Short duration travel all around the world visiting affiliates and for customers/seminars will be required.
  • Customer focus, mainly intended as internal customers. Ability to negotiate with internal customers the requirements of new tools / programs, properly managing the assigned resources and project teams.
  • Good relationship capacity with managers and business stakeholders.
  • Team player and experience as manager of project team.
  • Leadership skills: flexibility to work in the matrix organization, to deal with complex situations and shared responsibilities.
