- Phase 2: Junior Product Ownership. Once you have mastered the product, you will transition into supporting the backlog definition and relevant roadmap, writing requirements (User Stories), and bridging the gap between site engineers and developers.
- Functional Testing: Write and Execute test cases on the Construction Suite to ensure reliability for site operations, identifying inconsistencies and documenting them clearly for development team
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Validate new software releases to ensure they meet the high precision and safety standards required by T.EN.
- Construction Process Analysis: Study on-site workflows (e.g., piping, mechanical erection, material management) to identify how digital tools can improve efficiency.
- Backlog Management: Assist in translating engineering requirements into clear User Stories and rigorous Acceptance Criteria within Microsoft Azure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineers and management across various disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, HSE) to gather feedback from global construction sites.
- Master's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, completed within last 12 months.
- A strong passion for Digital Transformation applied to complex industrial contexts (EPC - Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
- Fluency in English is mandatory (working in an international, multicultural environment).
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Theoretical knowledge of the Scrum/Agile framework.
- Interest in Data Analysis or Data Visualization (Power BI, etc.).
- Familiarity with the Energy sector or large-scale Project Management.
- Global Impact: Contribute to tools that manage large scale projects.
- Mentorship: Continuous coaching on Agile methodologies and EPC business processes.
- Multicultural Environment: Daily collaboration with teams across Paris, Rome, Abu Dhabi, India, and global operational hubs.
