It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.The challengeYou will play a key role in driving ShippyPro’s growth by managing the full sales cycle for one of our fastest-growing products. You’ll engage with prospects, demonstrate value quickly, and help merchants improve their shipping operations. Your work directly contributes to accelerating revenue while shaping how the company delivers value to its customers across Italy and Europe.Why ShippyPro?A product that sells itself. - Manage the entire sales cycle: from the first call to closing
- Deliver fast, effective demos – the product is plug & play
- Clearly articulate the economic value for customers
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and sales processes
- Monitor the market and bring feedback to the product team
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales (Inside Sales, Junior Account Executive)
- Comfortable using sales tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Short sales cycles and medium-high volumes don’t intimidate you
- Familiarity with financial reasoning and data analysis (logistics background not required)
- Coachable mindset: you want to learn and improve every day
- Autonomy, energy, and strong results orientation
- Fluent Italian, good English
