- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare) managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end—from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and confidently guide prospects toward a successful buying decision.
- A consultative and value-driven approach, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships based on active listening, transparency, and tangible outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal: empathetic, clear, and adaptable to different customer profiles and tones.
- Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating those needs into tailored solutions by recommending relevant modules and services.
- Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
- Fluency in Italian (native level) to communicate with customers, and advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1) for internal communication.

- Salary range: fix salary 30-33k + 12k OTE ( (on target earnings)

- Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
- Trial Period: 30 days
