- Manage incoming customer requests for Professional Services and support the sales pipeline across the EMEA region.
- Act as the key commercial contact in sales meetings involving Professional Services engagements.
- Coordinate with Solutions Architects, developers, and project managers to ensure customer needs are translated into deliverable projects.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring proper forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting.
- Support regional sales managers in identifying and following up on new Professional Services opportunities.
- Educate internal stakeholders on the scope, process, and value of Axis customization offerings.
- Track and manage ongoing opportunities across multiple regions, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably within Professional Services, software, or technology environments.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM skills.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and how models are applied in software environments
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and coordinate solutions with technical experts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, technical specialists, and product managers.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Organized and structured approach to managing multiple opportunities across regions.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
