YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
  • Design and standardization of global operating processes.
  • Assessment and benchmarking of plants in terms of productivity, costs, and efficiency.
  • Management of corporate initiatives for continuous improvement & digital transformation.
  • Design, drive and dimension productivity projects (such as automation, re-layout, shift management).
  • Support for plants in implementing best practices, by using typical industrial engineering tools and methodologies such as time studies, chrono-analysis, man/machine chart, Value Stream mapping.
  • Economical and operational analysis of projects (Business case development).
  • Development and implementation of corporate KPIs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Master Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3/4 years of experience in similar role.
  • Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and green belt.
  • Good Knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, etc..).
  • Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc).
  • Travelling flexibility (international and domestic).
