- Design, drive and dimension productivity projects (such as automation, re-layout, shift management).
- Support for plants in implementing best practices, by using typical industrial engineering tools and methodologies such as time studies, chrono-analysis, man/machine chart, Value Stream mapping.
- Economical and operational analysis of projects (Business case development).
- Development and implementation of corporate KPIs.
- Master Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3/4 years of experience in similar role.
- Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and green belt.
- Good Knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, etc..).
- Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc).
- Travelling flexibility (international and domestic).
- Multicultural and Multilingual Communication. Fluent in corporate English.
- Leadership without Authority: cross-functional influence over local teams without having a direct reporting line.
- Change Management: Ability to implement corporate initiatives with local acceptance.
- Negotiation and Collaborative work with other functions, such as Engineering, planning, quality, etc.
