- Managing various technical administrative processes such as sales quotations, preparation of tender documentation, handling non-conformities, complaints, and technical requests.
- Improving the level of service provided to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with various internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Attending customer and internal meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and external sales staff.
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Experience working with distributors and channel partners in a global or multicultural environment
- Good knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other related tools
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Strong customer and market orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, solution-focused approach, result-driven, disciplined, tenacious, and self-motivated. Able to work independently and in a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.
