- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking players through email, chat, and social media channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, gameplay queries, and account-related concerns
- Document player interactions and support tickets accurately in our customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with other teams to effectively resolve complex player issues
- Collect and relay player feedback to the development team for service enhancements
- Help foster a positive and engaging gaming community for players
- Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and product developments
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in player support or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- A strong passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
- Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a bonus
