With our global teams, industry expertise, and the power of technology, we design and deliver tailored, sustainable, and innovative solutions and services that help our clients optimize their operations and captivate their customers.Job DescriptionMSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist (French AND Spanish Speaking) to join our team in Rome.As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, make and answer calls and communicate via e-mails. Your key tasks will be:
- Answering customers inquires via ticket system or phone calls;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups;
- Applying the procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Fluent level of English, French and Spanish;
- Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus;
- Great problem-solving and communication skills;
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities.
- Internship (tirocinio), 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Rome - hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days home office)
