The candidate will support the team in the following main activities:
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sales and Marketing Departments to execute the High Jewelry product allocation and distribution plan;
  • Manage national and international consignment shipments for High Jewelry items, including the preparation, verification, and update of all required documentation such as Carnet ATA/CPD, Certificates of Origin, pro-forma invoices, etc., overseeing their renewal, tracking, and archiving;
  • Provide comprehensive support to our distribution network and boutiques, effectively addressing and resolving all local logistics and documentation requests;
  • Guarantee the timely intercompany invoicing of High Jewelry products, ensuring compliance with fiscal and customs constraints;
  • Monitor the status of High Jewelry consignments and ensure all associated documentation is accurate and up-to-date;
  • Support in performing periodic calculation and analysis of KPI's and provide appropriate recommendations;
  • Analyze transportation costs to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities;
  • Assist in evaluating existing processes and systems and propose innovative improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional information
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • University degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency of MS Office suite, especially Excel. SAP will be considered as a plus
