- To lead the Customer Service team and organize all activities needed;
- To maintain a strong network with all internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure a correct handling on all sales administration processes (sales quotes, sales orders, tender files, invoicing)
- Give support to the supporting and technical teams in case necessary;
- Maintain, follow-up and approve special customer requests and give support to audit teams (internal and external);
- To work in close cooperation with Sales Excellence Manager for all pricing related topics;
- To ensure a consistent utilization of the CRM tool.
- Business degree and at least 4 years of relevant B2B experience;
- Good knowledge of English (B2/C1);
- Good knowledge of ERP and CRM.
