  • To lead the Customer Service team and organize all activities needed;
  • To maintain a strong network with all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure a correct handling on all sales administration processes (sales quotes, sales orders, tender files, invoicing)
  • Give support to the supporting and technical teams in case necessary;
  • Maintain, follow-up and approve special customer requests and give support to audit teams (internal and external);
  • To work in close cooperation with Sales Excellence Manager for all pricing related topics;
  • To ensure a consistent utilization of the CRM tool.

  • Business degree and at least 4 years of relevant B2B experience;
  • Good knowledge of English (B2/C1);
  • Good knowledge of ERP and CRM.
