The purpose of this role is provide support to facilities team and administer various facilities and procurement programmes of the business' office locations.Job Description:Key responsabilitiesWorks with the Office Managers to oversee and administer the implementation and maintenance of facilities processes ensuring the consistency of performance among all offices * Develops and implements strategies for the effective and efficient operations of the business' offices
- Ensures provision of necessary services and supplies in support of each office’s operations
- Monitors office seating capacity
- Ensures the receipt, recording, review and reconciliation of all rent and rent related invoices
- Oversees the data collection for reporting requests including, environmental reporting, copier/printer usage, Office locations, etc
- Space planning –Works with the Manager of Facilities and office managers to monitor and ensure sufficient capacity at relevant locations
- Facilitates the fulfilment of Insurance Certificate requests on behalf of the Business Units
- Assists office managers with provision and coordination of resources for facilities projects
- Support as a driver for company-related travel, if needed
- Previous experience in the role is not required but appreciated
- Good interpersonal skills
- English language preferred
- Category B driving license and confidence in driving
