- Leading the Change & Adoption Pillar of the Operational Excellence strategy, ensuring alignment across all transformation streams
- Designing and executing change management strategies that support process, platform, and data transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with IT teams (including Release, Problem, and Service Management) to ensure change initiatives are ITIL-aligned and operationally sound
- Coordinating with HR to leverage the internal training platform for upskilling and change readiness
- Partnering with Internal Communications to ensure messaging is clear, branded, and consistent across all channels
- Engaging with business stakeholders across a highly federated and sometimes siloed environment to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of change
- Collaborating with Global platform teams/champions to align change initiatives with platform strategy and data model evolution
- Supporting the adoption and awareness of AI tools, including AI/Selfhelp and GenAI Strategy, as part of transformation efforts
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and guidance on change impacts and stakeholder engagement
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive engagement across all levels of the organization
- At least 5 years of experience in change management, communications, and IT within a complex, multinational environment
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and how they intersect with change and release processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams through dotted-line relationships
- Experience working with HR, internal communications, and business functions to drive adoption and engagement
- Familiarity with training platforms, digital adoption tools, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- PROSCI, PMP, or equivalent change management certification
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Empathetic communication with persuasive impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Comfortable in navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
