- Supports & enables the development and execution of strategies and business plans related to focus segments, channels, and applications for identified markets in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams aligned with the overall division’s strategy to achieve defined targets meeting those targets successfully.
- Works face to face, with up to 60% to 70% travel to meet with Key account managers to get introductions to key customers and key segment leader companies and demonstrate success in building relationships leading to sales by supporting the market and brand strategy aligning with business objectives and industry trends
- Supports the Market Development Manager in defining key countries for sales start up, growth and development with existing product range as well as new product launches in collaboration with the Marketing function.
- Supports local activities ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, revenues, margins, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of product, application, and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders and ensures an effective professional approach to global and regional accounts.
- Implement activities for agreed cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives.
- Supports the organization in the execution of product launches and customer events.
- Supports developing and implementing product support and training to our key sales teams to make them independent and proactive in selling our products to ensure high customer satisfaction in collaboration with Product Management and the global team.
