- You will be responsible for Business Development and Sales in all European countries
- You are a Hunter typ
- Ability to travel up at 50%: traveling to our customers an our sites
- Project management and development in collaboration with R&D and Application team
- Managing customers in portfolio
- Achievement of the annual targets (i.e. net turnover Increase, gross margin increase, projects pipeline, payment term respect)
- Analysing market trends and sharing it in the company for creating new products
- Solid client network
- Commercial backgrounds in sales & marketing
- A scientific degree, ideally in food technology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, biology or comparable
- Must is Fluent in English. Italian/German – nice to have
- Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B Ingredients, you achieved strong results during the years
- Leader, entrepreneurial and proactive approach
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships, including international cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to analyse complex issues to quickly address key issues for discussion with internal teams
- Team builder able to engage and to encourage collaboration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external team members on project activities.
