You will report directly to the Planning & Supply service Manager.What You Will DoIn this role, you will act as the connection between planning, production, logistics, and suppliers, taking care of:Ensuring the availability of raw materials (pack material, core board) required for production and deliveries, avoiding production stops and delays.Monitoring daily requirements through SAP (MRP), placing purchase orders, and constantly checking stock levels to maintain the optimal balance between availability and working capital.Managing raw material purchases in line with company targets, optimizing resources and costs.Coordinating supply to external outsourcers, supporting production activities entrusted to third parties.Communicating daily with internal teams – planning, production, and warehouse – ensuring accurate and timely information flow.Creating and maintaining material master data in SAP, including for new product launches.Managing non-conforming and slow-moving materials, working with the Quality department and other departments to determine the most appropriate disposition (return to supplier, reuse, disposal).Controlling and managing consignment stock, coordinating with suppliers and handling end-of-period closings to enable invoicing.Supporting the availability of finished products in Italian and international warehouses, based on sales forecasts and distribution lead times.Ensuring data reliability in internal systems (SAP, SOFI), contributing to the improvement of information quality and decision-making processes.Who You AreYou are eager to grow in a key supply chain role and have 1–2 years of experience in planning or similar.
