- Reporting and Dashboarding
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards which have a key role in driving the program forward
- Daily engagement with all our data and KPIs
- Ensure accuracy of the data
- Potentially suggest tracking enhancements or data visualization ideas
- Actionable insights and customer centricity
- Constantly producing actionable insights for all levels of the stakeholders
- Connect the dots, we expect insights to be integrated and aligned with content and promotional calendars
- Integrate insights using a variety of tools such as ContentSquare and Adobe as well as financial and back-end data
- New reporting competencies onboarding
- We are actively onboarding new technologies (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics) and we expect the candidate to be able to start embracing them in day-to-day activities
- Collaborate actively with the other functions withing the Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) team to amplify their work
- Become a key player to help the rest of the team quickly upskilling with these new technologies
- Suggest and define best practice to onboard these new technologies
- Category activities roadmap and documentation
- Support the managers and coordinators with tracking, organizing and documenting the several activities in the roadmap to drive incremental sales and value
- Develop measurement framework for projects in roadmap to forecast and assess impact of projects
- Demonstrate independence and confidence while communicating directly with our key partner
- Oversee the roadmap documentation, including internal communication for the activities included in the program
- Minimum 3 - 4 Years experience in analytical roles
- Educational Background: Degree in one of the following: Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business or Finance.
- Analytics Skills: Strong knowledge of web analytics tools. Our framework is based on Adobe Analytics (formerly Site Catalyst / Omniture) and ContentSquare. Strong knowledge of analytics metrics, issues and best practices. Any previous exposure to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is a great plus.
- Digital Skills: experience with web marketing campaign, tracking code, traffic channels, ab testing, UX, browser console for debugging, e-commerce KPI, checkout and funnel monitoring, …
- Desk tools: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Project management skills are strongly required, to ensure the success of data analysis initiatives in the assigned business unit
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business dynamics and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Leadership: Ability to promote a data-driven culture.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present analysis results clearly and concisely.
