· di programmare e creare la carta dei vini in collaborazione con F&B Manager
· di gestire gli acquisti nel rispetto dei budget forniti e delle procedure interne degli acquisti
· di partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
· di registrare gli addebiti dei prodotti venduti
· di supportare le esigenze degli ospiti incontrando i loro gusti e ottimizzando la vendita
· di supportare la gestione della cantina dell'Osteria del Grigio
· di effettuare verifiche su andamenti vendite e obiettivi in collaborazione con F&B ManagerInside the starred restaurant, in agreement and under the supervision of the F&B Manager he takes care of:
· to take care of the management of the cellar (inventories, warehouse, purchases)
· to plan and create the wine list in collaboration with the F&B Manager
· to manage purchases in compliance with the budgets provided and with internal purchasing procedures
· to participate in the work and responsibilities of the room team
· to register the charges for the products sold
· to support guests' needs by meeting their tastes and optimizing sales
· to support the management of the Osteria del Grigio cellar
· to carry out checks on sales trends and objectives in collaboration with the F&B ManagerContratto a tempo determinato (marzo- novembre 2024) con possibilità di conferma per la stagione successiva
Retribuzione commisurata all'effettiva esperienza della risorsa scelta
Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica con un giorno di riposoVitto e alloggio in appartamento

− Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati, R&C e/o hotel 4/5*
− Completano il profilo capacità comunicative e gestionali, orientamento al cliente e team working
− Certificazioni HACCP e PREVENZIONE INCENDI− Hotel training
− Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is welcome
− A good knowledge of wines
− Experience of at least three years in the same role gained in starred restaurants, R&C and/or 4/5* hotels
