- Develop and implement channel strategies to grow sales and revenue through authorized distributors and service partners.
- Identify, onboard, and support high-performing partners across the European region.
- Foster long-term, strategic relationships with key channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
- Monitor channel performance and implement improvement initiatives to improve effectiveness.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Establish and manage channel partner contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / technical field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing channel sales in a Global / European role with emphasis on commercial agreements
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial valves/ isolation valves or broader flow control technologies
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Open to travel (50% of time)
- Drivers license
- Ability to work within a complex matrix organization and collaborate across business units
