It's more than a jobAs a Customer Solutions Engineer at Kuehne+Nagel, you manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing this with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team but also to the daily operations and achievements in the warehouse and distribution centers. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for daily lunches and family celebrations. At Kuehne+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we often realize.‎The Customer Solutions Engineer is responsible for analyzing RFQ’s, developing a client tailored solution and presenting for approval to business unit Executives and clients specific to warehouse operations.How you create impact
  • Builds Solutions Models
  • Assists Business Development with the creation of proposal documents and written responses to RFP questions
  • Read and comprehend customer RFP/Q/I’s to identify solution requirements and additional data and informational requirement for solutions development.
  • Interfaces with various specialized functional groups for solution design and costing input
  • Provides conceptual facility layout using AutoCad
  • Creative Thinking: Demonstrates originality and imagination in thinking while developing a solution to a problem.
