- Manage and coordinate table service, ensuring a high-level experience.
- Collaborate with our kitchen team and sommelier to ensure synergy between food and wine.
- Thorough understanding of the menu and product offerings with the ability to recommend our culinary specialties to guests, providing detailed and personalized information.
- Handle any guest requests or inquiries courteously and promptly, ensuring all guest needs are met to the best of our abilities.
- Prepare mise en place for service, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready and available to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall well-being of the team and guests.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Rang in hotels or restaurants.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural predisposition for customer service.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian, English, and preferably German.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for gastronomy, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Flexibility and availability in working hours.
