- Analyse and interpret data, design and use of statistical models
- Learn and execute lean projects and continuous improvement methodologies application
- Create specific metric models for reliability of business process
- Have a strong focus on digital innovation and emerging technologies
- Need to be proactive with problem-solving attitude, and agility to work in a global and multicultural context.
- Bachelor's degree in scientific fields, engineering, statistics and other similar sciences
- Knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
- Proven ability to experiment with models, data analysis and statistic tools
- Knowledge of OEE concept
- Knowledge with lean projects and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability in problem-solving and decision-making technique
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required
- Proficiency in English is required (B1 level and above)
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, particularly basic GMP rules
- Usage of SAP, SQL and data aggregation tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and innovative environments
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams
