The purpose of this role is to support the Client Services team in helping clients achieve their business goals. The selected candidate will work closely with the activation team across both online and offline media activities, ensuring effective execution and a strong client relationship.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: ensure projects and plans meet objectives and stay on time/budgetClient Support: Assist Client Manager with client liaison and administrationActivation Units Management: definition of briefs for unit activations in line with clients’ KPIs and business objectives, media reporting review coordination, finance reporting and invoicing processCoordination with International local Unit and Global Team: collecting storing, reporting, attending meetingKeep updated on the Client’s marketplace through competitor reviews and readingDevelop strong working relationships with ClientsEnsure Client needs are met quickly, efficiently and completely with the defined timings and a high-quality output for all activitiesRequirementsAt least 4+ years of experience in international agenciesStrong understanding of paid media planning principles; both media digital and offlineTool: AdBox, KubikGreat client relationship skills, with the ability to engage high-profile stakeholders using the appropriate tone and approachGood level of English, spoken and writtenExcellent organizational and relational skillsStrong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and autonomy in day-to-day project managementPositive attitude, team spirit, and a strong commitment to excellence in client serviceIf you believe you match these skills, please apply!
