Our technology addresses real problems that affect the future of humanity.During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.From Day 1, you are empowered to make a difference with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team, working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Some of your main activities will be:
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Professionals to assist them in their daily operational and administrative tasks, including data analysis, KPI and reporting.
  • Support in managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Use digital tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) to attract and engage top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with P&O Business Partners and other cross-functional team to ensure alignment with talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
  • Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute with fresh ideas and insights to enhance recruitment processes, candidate engagement strategies, and employer brand messaging.
Required entry qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience as an intern in recruitment or talent acquisition is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms;
  • Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
