
Internship Supply / Customer Service Analyst

- Monitoring KPIs bringing knowledge on them for the whole team to support tactical/strategic decisions
- Order Management: working over Company Service Level and Process efficiency, in order to improve way of doing things
- Supporting the productivity plan, being recognized as point of reference for all analysis to be made within the team (PFR, OT, FPO, CTS, order profile…)
- Collaborating with sales team on actions defined to implement them to improve customer satisfaction
- Making improvements on processes on customers that can bring value to the business (extracosts, customer perception…) also in collaboration with distribution/logistic/customer service team and with sales team
- Sharing results achieved (Look at numbers to sustain perception)
- Reporting and analyzing current performance, proposing change/improvement to processes in order to be compliant/to improve way of doing things (focus on automation and workload reduction)
- MSc Degree in Economics / Engineering
- Fluency in Italian and English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Highly analytical
- Ownership/drive for result
- Capable of gathering and processing complex data from a wide variety of sources
- Base knowledge of important supply chain processes/metrics/goals
- Strong relationship with internal/external stakeholders
- Independent, proactive, good on time management/prioritization
