· You will assist the Captain with compliance checks (e.g. work/break hours) and disciplinary disembarkation decisions.
· You will manage investigations, disciplinary reports and cases of ethical misconduct, ensuring fairness, transparency and procedural correctness.
· You will support management in understanding and implementing Company decisions impacting personnel.People Management, Talent & Development· You will run the onboard HR desk and contribute to recruiting, internal mobility and talent identification processes aligned with Company values.
· You will oversee Welfare and Wellbeing activities, ensuring high‑quality initiatives that improve Crew Experience onboard and promote belonging and cultural integration.
· You will oversee learning and development activities (excluding HESS training) led by the Learning Officer, ensuring continuous improvement.
· You will welcome newly embarked personnel, introduce key HR processes and facilitate smooth integration onboard.
· You will support the performance evaluation process, ensuring consistency, transparency and equal opportunities for promotion or departmental movement.
· You will facilitate conflict resolution between Crew Members, promoting a respectful and collaborative environment.Operational HR Support· You will support Office Management with planning, improving processes and delivering special HR projects.
· You will assist onboard officers and management in handling personnel‑related matters in line with Company procedures.
· You will supervise the Chief Crew Housekeeping in allocating Crew, Staff and Officer cabins according to Company rules.
· You will ensure effective communication to Crew Members using multiple channels (meetings, cascading, crew TV etc.).Safety Culture & Awareness· You will ensure your team implements and maintains an effective HESS management system.
· You will enforce and promote safety procedures within your area of responsibility.
