  • Management of the entire recruitment and selection process, from job advertisement posting to the preparation of employment offers
  • Design, organization, and management of training programs
  • Support in personnel management
  • Management of internships, school-to-work programs, and relationships with educational institutions and universities
  • HR Project management
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
  • Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the role
  • Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
Nice to have:
  • Experience in the metalworking industry
  • Knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria
