Saipem is “One Company” organized into five business lines - Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions.As a Maintenance Engineering Specialist, you will join our Department MIE Maintenance And Inspection Engineering in the business line Energy Carriers, conducting the following activities:
  • support the commissioning, operation and maintenance manager in reviewing the technical documentation of the project against contractual requirements;
  • develop a maintenance engineering execution plan;
  • collection of maintenance-related design data from technical disciplines and suppliers to create a comprehensive plant asset register that includes all maintenance-related data;
  • preparation of the list of maintainable equipment (MEL) organized hierarchically by functional position, which in turn refers to physical asset;
  • equipment criticality analysis (ECA) to rank item listed in MEL in view of safety, environment, production requirement.
  • operability and maintainability review;
  • maintenance strategies, procedures, and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis;
  • operational performance standard preparation;
  • preparation of required documentation to attend meetings with Company, project team or vendors;

QUALIFICATION:
  • Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineerig;
  • Advanced knowledge of Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) methodology;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project documentation and drawings related to Oil & Gas facilities, which may include: 3D model, floor plan, P&ID, PFD, line list, GA drawings, mechanical data sheets, vendor manuals, etc,
LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanent contract, salary package commensurate with the level of experienceYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5-10 yearsIT SKILLS: Knowledge of MS Office package. Ability to work with 3D software application, e.g. Naviswork Freedom and PDF editor, e.g. Power PDF Advanced.NICE TO HAVE: knowledge of Naviswork 3D Model software and ownership of RCM certification will be considered a plus.LOCATION: MilanoMOBILITY: Possibility of long term Transfers in the national and territory and abroad.Gi Group S.p.A. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro (Aut.
