- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, consistently delivering excellence.
- Implement and maintain operational process to lead new initiatives.
- Maintain a dynamic and scalable customer service organization where resources are managed effectively and efficiently
- Build a scalable business in Italy, driving continuous market share growth.
- Experience in project logistics or freight forwarding, particularly in oversized cargo transportation.
- Proven leadership experience, with a focus on leading small teams and developing talent.
- Strong understanding of customer service dynamics and experience in managing key client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering results through effective team management and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15-20 days per year.
