- Analyze and monitor financial performance by business units, product lines, and production plants.
- Supervise and control industrial costs, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
- Manage and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Prepare management reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform detailed cost analysis of company structure and production; develop monthly and annual forecasting models.
- Oversee the product costing process and support the preparation of intercompany billing.
- Draft, update, and monitor intercompany service agreements.
- Conduct investment analysis and economic evaluations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and support audit activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for production plant departments, intercompany clients, headquarters functions, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- University degree in Economics or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in management/industrial controlling, preferably in complex and structured industrial environments.
- Excellent command of both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Business Intelligence tools.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
